今回の首相の発言は、
確かにまずいかもだけど、
そんなに騒ぎたてるようなこと！？？

麻生太郎首相（６８）が、民主党の小沢一郎代表（６６）の
公設第１秘書が逮捕されたことについて
「明らかに違法であったが故に逮捕ということになった」
と述べたことに対し、１７日、民主党から批判が相次いだ。
小沢代表は「総理として、
（行政の）最高責任者としていかがかと思う」と反撃。
民主党は１８日以降も、漆間巌官房副長官の
「オフレコ懇談発言」に続く政府側の“失言”を
徹底追及する構えだ。
民主党本部で行われた記者会見で
「麻生首相の“違法発言”についてどう思うか？」
との質問を受けた小沢氏は、露骨に不快感を示した。
「検察は準司法的性格を持っているとはいうが、
行政の一部ということは間違いない」としたうえで
「行政の長がそういう発言をすることは、
いまだかつてなかっただろうし、総理として、
最高責任者としていかがかと思う」と強く反発した。
