新生児にも給付金
独自の支給だとか

岐阜県御嵩町は、国の定額給付金支給に合わせて、
独自に「新生児応援給付金」を支給することを決めた。
定額給付金の基準日となる今年２月１日より後に生まれ、
本来は給付金を受けられない新生児に支給する。
対象は、基準日翌日の２月２日から
４月１日までに生まれた新生児。定額給付金と
同額の１人２万円を支給する。町は４０人を見込み、
今年度一般会計補正予算に８０万円を盛り込んだ。
同町は４月下旬から定額給付金を支給する予定。
町外で生まれた後、町内に移り住んだ赤ちゃんも
支給対象にする。渡辺公夫町長は
「少子化対策の一環でもあり、
次代を担う子どもたちの健やかな育成を
手厚く支援していきたい」と話している。
