打線がつながらない日本代表
なんとか中国には勝ったケド・・・
次は大丈夫か？？

第２回ワールド・ベースボール・クラシック（ＷＢＣ）
第１ラウンドＡ組
（日本代表４－０中国代表、５日、東京ドーム）
ゲームセットの瞬間、原監督に笑顔はなかった。
自身の国際大会初指揮初勝利も手放しでは喜べない。
完封勝利とはいえ、安打は中国と同じ５本だけ。
打点は村田の２ランだけで、あとの２点は
相手の失策とボークでもらったものだった。
「満足はしていない。もうすこし点が入っていないと
いけなかったと思う。
しかし、国際試合はこういうものだと身も心も引き締まり、
いいスタートが切れた」
苦戦を肯定的にとらえるのは、さすが原監督だが…。
中国は“格下”のはず。
前回０６年のＷＢＣでは１８－２で八回コールド勝ち。
昨年の北京五輪１次リーグも１０－０と大勝している。
今回はまさかの“辛勝”。８四球をもらい、
２失策や暴投も捕逸もあった。
それでも次々とチャンスをつぶした。
